About the Author
Anthony from Granger was previously known as Clarence Skrovan, MD, MPH. Dr. Skrovan got his BA degree in Philosophy at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., his MD at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, and his Master of Public Health degree at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. He was certified by the American College of Preventive Medicine as a specialist in Preventive Medicine and Public Health. He taught as an Associate Professor for five years at the University of Texas School of Public Health in Houston, served as the Director of the Williamson County and Cities Health District for 15 years, and then served for five years as the Director of a 30 county region in Central Texas for the Texas Department of Health. His transformation from Dr. Skrovan to Anthony from Granger is the story of this book.
