This enhanced edition contains inspirational, full color pictures. As a believer in Jesus, Yeshua as He is called in the Hebrew, I love to spend my intimate moments with Him on the deck of our home. Our deck faces the woods of southeastern Indiana. There is a creek bed below the deck which is filled with flowing water during spring runoff or a heavy rain. When reading Psalms, I am able to experience many of the metaphors used in scripture in the environment around me. I was drawn to Psalms, particularly the psalms of David, which I have found to be very similar to how my journal entries are often crafted. I often begin with a question, sometimes a lament or anguished cry, and by the end of the journal piece I find myself writing words of encouragement. This is one of the ways God speaks to me. Reflections on Psalms include entries from my journal, woven with the miracles in my life. This work comes from my heart, as a gift to the Lover of my Soul, which is Jesus/Yeshua. I hope they will touch your heart as well.
